Kenya Moore Claims Marc Needs Her To Sign Off On Their Daughter Brooklyn Filming

Kenya Moore sat down in an interview for “Way Up With Angela Yee” where she revealed that her ex-husband, Marc Daly, is getting his own reality show and is suing her in order to allow their daughter to appear in the show.

According to Radar Online, A judge ruled in favor of the former couple’s daughter, Brooklyn, being able to still appear in Real Housewives of Atlanta.

This decision was made this past June during their custody battle. The judge made his decision on this matter after he “disputed instances of domestic violence…based on” Kenya’s testimony and other factors.

Now, Kenya has revealed that Marc is suing her for the right to have their daughter appear in his new reality show.

She said, “That’s what I sued you for custody for because you were trying to keep her off of Real Housewives. Now, you wanna be on a show all of a sudden and you need my permission for her to be on that show because I have the final say.”

It’s no secret the two have been a nasty divorce battle for sometime. ‘Before the divorce, Kenya filed a separate case over custody, pleading for primary custody. As part of the case, Marc fought to keep Brooklyn off RHOA.

In the end, the parties agreed Kenya would have sole custody of Brooklyn with Marc having visitation. The judge ruled the minor could appear on RHOA but with restrictions.
