DJ Envy Sued In Multiple Lawsuits For Real Estate Fraud, Allegedly Ran Off With Over $1 Million

DJ Envy is allegedly out here committing beige crimes! According to court documents, he is accused in two different lawsuits of committing real estate fraud. Word is he’s been running a Ponzi scheme!

The lawsuits allege that he took investments for a property that never manifested.

We’re talking over $1.5M intended for an investment apartment project. Reports first surfaced about these investments in 2018.

We’re told that Covid may have caused the delay but the investors aren’t buying it! They’re accusing Envy and his alleged accomplices of straight up stealing their money and not delivering a product.

One investor paid over $300K and wants his money back immediately. More details about the case will be released soon.
