Phaedra Parks Gives Her 13-Year-Old Son $150K To Invest In His First Property As Birthday Gift

Phaedra Parks appears to be installing real estate in her children early on! The reality star reportedly gave her 13-year-old son $150k for his birthday to invest in his first property.

According to People, Parks revealed that her son, Ayden, told his mom that he either wanted a dirt bike or a way to make money.

Parks says she made the decision to give him the investment money instead cause she didn’t want to gift him something dangerous like a dirt bike that could leave him injured.

“And so now he’s basically trying to figure out if he wants to do a little multi-unit duplex or his own little rental properties”. Parks said.

Parks then went on to explain what ignited the push for showing the benefits of wealth to her son to begin with.

“I come from a middle class family of educators,” Parks said. “However, they didn’t have that kind of income that I have”.

Parks further explained that gestures like so are important for children and people of color. According to Parks, Ayden spends times researching on how to become a millionaire by the age of 25, making the birthday gift worth it.
