Original ‘Break My Soul’ Singer Robin S. Says She Favors Chris Brown’s ‘Show Me’ Sample Over Beyonce’s

It’s no secret Beyoncé’s hit single “Break My Soul” did numbers all across the boards.

If you recall, the song uses a sample from the classic track “Show Me Love” by singer Robin S.

Well according Robin, although she is grateful for the exposure Bey gave her the track, she reportedly just couldn’t get enough of the song being sampled in 2013 on “Show Me” by Kind Ink and Chris Brown.

In an interview with TMZ, Robin seemingly tells us Chris singing on her melody was the best in her books.

“Out of all the people that have sampled my music, I think I like Chris Brown”, the singer said after being asked with sample was her favorite.

Now, even though Breezy is sitting at the top of Robin’s list, she admitted that if Beyoncé were to ever welcome her onto her Renaissance Tour, she without a question would be willing to do so and encouraged Bey to “keep doing her thing”.

Her comments has since gone viral on social media, sparking debate amongst fans on which is the better sample.
