TikToker & Her Husband Hit With RICO Charges After She Allegedly Hired A Hitman To Kill A Follower Who Accused Her Of Scamming
A TikTok influencer and her husband are facing RICO charges after the woman allegedly hired a hitman to kill a woman who accused her of running a credit scam!
All of this unfolded on TikTok Chile. Back in 2022, a fan of Ashley Grayson called Ashley out for allegedly running a scam on her followers.
Ashley previously worked as a post office worker, but she quit her job and started a credit repair business. After she made her first million dollars, she invested her earnings into her business coaching company where she would help others increase their salary.

So, of course, her followers bought in, but after spending hundreds of dollars with Ashley and getting no results on they deemed it a scam. It was also discovered that Ashley came up off a workers’ comp settlement— not because she was a savvy business woman.
One of the fans, Sherell Hodge, said that she paid for a credit coaching class that Ashley offered but ultimately was scammed out of her money. After her TikTok went viral, other followers came to the forefront with the exact same story.
This reportedly infuriated Ashley so much that she took matters into her own hands and sued Sherell and hired a hitman to try and kill her and two others! According to the court docs, she put a hit out on Sherell, another business coach and Ashely’s ex-boyfriend.
In the months since Ashley allegedly hired a woman and her husband to murder the three accusers, the FBI has gotten involved in the TikTok scandal. Since then, Ashley and her husband have been indicted on RICO charges.
