A video of a very emotional woman claiming to have won the billion-dollar lottery ticket has since gone viral on social media.
Apparently, it appears it was just a Carlee Russell lie.
According to Daily Mail, the granddaughter of the East LA Minimart owner says the real winner has yet to claim the prize.
