Backstreet Boys Star Nick Carter Denies Raping 15-Year-Old Girl
Nick Carter Denies Third Sexual Assault Accusation Of Raping 15-Year-Old Girl
Nick Carter has released a statement denying a new lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
Carter’s lawyer, Dale Hayes Jr. spoke to TMZ, and says the woman first made her allegations against the singer two decades ago, authorities investigated her claims and found no merit to move forward with charges.
Carter’s lawyer says the accuser is simply “repeating the same false allegations in a new legal complaint,” but he says that “doesn’t make them any more true.”

The new lawsuit alleges that he raped a 15-year-old girl on a yacht in 2003.
The anonymous accuser, referred to as A.R., claimed the pop star plied her with alcohol and took her virginity. The victim says the star abused her on several other occasions…including on another yacht trip and on his tour bus.
A.R. is seeking damages in excess of $15,000 for “past and future medical expenses, and for past and future pain and suffering,” and a jury trial.
She is the first woman to step forward and accused the singer of sexual assault.
