Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter Facing Third Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter is facing another sexual assault lawsuit. A new lawsuit alleges that he raped a 15-year-old girl on a yacht in 2003.

The anonymous accuser, referred to as A.R., claimed the pop star plied her with alcohol and took her virginity.

The victim says the star abused on on several other occasions…including on another yacht trip and on his tour bus.

“Plaintiff suffered severe emotional trauma and distress, that was caused by Carter’s sexual battery to her body,” the suit reads.

A.R. is seeking damages in excess of $15,000 for “past and future medical expenses, and for past and future pain and suffering,” and a jury trial.

Last year, woman named Shannon “Shay” Ruth filed a lawsuit alleging that the pop singer sexually assaulted her when she was 17 and he was 21.

A third woman, singer Melissa Schuman, filed a lawsuit against him in April, accusing him of rape.
