Sam Asghari Reportedly Threatening To Expose Britney Spears If She Doesn’t Renegotiate Their Prenup

Sam Asghari has filed from divorce from Britney Spears. Now sources are claiming he is threatening to expose all of her secrets if she doesn’t renegotiate their prenup.

Speaking to Page Six, a source said she’s “attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid. So that’s what Sam is focused on.”

The prenup states that Asghari will receive “$1 million per every two years” of their marriage. The prenup is capped at $10 million after 15 years, according to the source.

Us Weekly also reports that Asghari also waived any claims to Spears’ music catalog and his name isn’t on the deed of their shared home. Their house is currently under the name of an LLC.

Last month, a source told the outlet that the pair were at odds because Britney wanted a child and he was not ready.

“She wants to be a mom again so badly and says Sam’s breaking a promise he made when they first got together. It’s hard to imagine him changing his mind anytime soon,” said the insider.

Asghari reportedly moved out of heir Calabasas home following a “nuclear” fight earlier this month. He then filed the divorce papers, citing “irreconcilable differences”. Sam Asghari is asking for spousal support and his attorney fees to be covered.
