Caitlyn Jenner is backpedaling on her comments about Kim Kardashian “calculating” her way to success.

If you can recall, grandma Cait was featured in the trailer for the upcoming docuseries, “House of Kardashian.”

In the video, Caitlyn says, “Kimberly calculated from the beginning, ‘How do I become famous?’” Sources close to the elder tell TMZ that “calculated” wasn’t the best word choice, but assured the outlet that Cait meant no harm.

Per the report, “the explanation given to Kim, after the trailer dropped, was that Cait’s words were edited to come off more controversial than they actually were.”

The source added that Caitlyn is very proud of Kim and the clip isn’t reflective of her true feelings. To be fair, Ray-J already told us.
