The cause of death for comedian DC Youngfly’s beloved partner, Jacky Oh, has been revealed to have been caused by complications post cosmetic surgery.

TMZ obtained the autopsy report detailing the events leading to the former Wild N Out member’s passing.

Jacklyn Smith underwent a liposuction and fat transfer procedure on May 30 in Miami, being released shortly after with prescriptions for Cliprofloxacin (an antibiotic), Oxycodone (a painkiller), and Ondansetron (anti-nausea).

Not long after, the 32-year-old began experiencing a headache and was instructed to take Ibuprofen instead of the Ondansetron.

The next evening on May 31, the mother of three began experiencing a burning sensation on her head and found it difficult to speak.

Her aunt who’d accompanied her contacted police during the ordeal; yet the police arrived too late as Jacky went unresponsive prior to their arrival. She was pronounced dead at the hospital at 11 pm.

Jacky’s autopsy reported swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso. Her three children, partner and loving friends will carry on her legacy.
