Kroy Biermann Has “No Desire” To Reconcile With Kim Zolciak Despite Regular S*x Sessions

Kim Zolciak doesn’t think her divorce from Kroy Biermann should go ahead because she claims they are regularly sleeping together, but Kroy wants to move forward with ending his divorce.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star responded to Kroy’s most recent divorce filing by stating they’ve had “marital sexual relations on multiple occasions” since he filed.

“Petitioner has no desire to reconcile. The fact that he engaged in sexual relations with Respondent does not indicate a desire to reconcile,” court documents filed by Kroy’s attorney reads.

The docs add that he “remains steadfast in his desire to divorce Respondent, leave the marital residence, with the children, and provide a home for them that is calm and stable; the opposite of their current environment.”

Zolciak says their last rendezvous was only on September 7. Although Biermann states their marriage is “irretrievably broken”, Zolciak calls bullsh*t because it can’t be broken if they’re still making love.

Biermann filed for divorce twice, with the most recent filing being on August 24. However, Kim could care less as she can be seen steadily wearing her ring.

The former couple have been selling off their items to raise funds as they owe the IRS money and credit card companies. Kroy has claimed that Kim has a gambling problem and that she is abusive toward him in front of their children.
