Taylor Swift didn’t hold back in her Time Magazine interview after being named it’s “Person of The Year” for 2023.

Taylor dished a lot of tea but her discussing Kim Kardashian’s role in the alleged editing and leak of the 2016 phone call between the singer and Kanye West was quite interesting!

If you can recall, Kim made it look like Taylor had approved Kanye’s lines “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b*tch famous.”

However, Taylor said she wasn’t played the song in full. It wasn’t until 4 years after Kim Kardashian posted the edited phone call, that it was proven Taylor hadn’t heard the full song.

“You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar,” she said. “That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before.”

She went on to say, “I moved to a foreign country. I didn’t leave a rental house for a year. I was afraid to get on phone calls. I pushed away most people in my life because I didn’t trust anyone anymore. I went down really, really hard.”

Taylor says she thought her career was over. “Make no mistake—my career was taken away from me.”
