A$AP Rocky Co-Signs Metro Boomin’s Tweet Shading Drake

Drake can’t seem to catch a break and it seems like the  whole industry is against him, that’s an exaggeration though. Notwithstanding, the Toronto superstar seems to have stepped on toes of rappers that have been waiting for this day.

Drake has been trending since Future and Metro Boomin dropped their collab album “We Don’t Trust You.” He’s been a subject of discussion as he was dissed by both Kendrick Lamar and Future on the album.

We previously reported on a video of Travis Scott asking Future and Metro to play Drake diss at Rolling Loud. Just in, fans have now noticed that A$AP Rocky also liked Metro Boomin’s tweet Drake. “Once you pick a side stay there.. #WEDONTTRUSTYOU” the tweet reads.

“I’m sorry you still sound quite bitter. All over the fact that WATTBA2 didn’t happen. Drake doesn’t have to hop on every project. But carry on,” someone commented. “I really need to know what bro did to piss you off. We aint getting the full story it feels like,” another person wrote.

Drake and Metro had their online beef some months back after Boomin questioned why “Her Loss” won rap album of the year over H&V. You should remember that Rocky and Drake have traded shots as well. Drizzy dissed A$AP Rocky and Rihanna — who he was previously romantically linked to — on his For All the Dogs album which dropped in October 2023.

On the song “Fear of Heights,” Drake raps: “Why they make it sound like I’m still hung up on you?/ That could never be/ Gyal can’t run me/ Better him than me/ Better it’s not me/ I’m anti, I’m anti/ Yeah, and the sex was average with you/ Yeah, I’m anti ’cause I had it with you/ Okay, I’m auntie like your daddy’s sister/ Auntie like a family picture/ And I had way badder bitches than you, TBH/ Yeah, that man, he still with you, he can’t leave you/ Y’all go on vacation, I bet it’s Antigua.”

Then, on “Another Late Night,” Champagne Papi mentioned Rocky by name, rapping: “I ain’t Pretty Flacko, bitch, this shit get really Rocky/ Damn, what? Dirty how I did him in the Wraith.”

Rocky fired back on “Wow” with Kid Cudi, rapping: “These n-ggas can’t stomach me, gotta go get a mandrake.” A mandrake is the root of a plant, historically derived either from plants of the genus Mandragora found in the Mediterranean region, and is used to treat a variety of stomach issues.
