Ariana Grande And Dalton Gomez Finalize Their Divorce, She Must Pay Him $1.25M

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are now officially divorced. The celebrity couple’s divorce is finalized after nearly three years of marriage.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judgment dissolving their marriage became official on Tuesday, six months after Ariana the 30-year-old pop superstar filed a petition to divorce the 28-year-old real estate broker.

According to court papers, Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez separated more than a year ago. The divorce moved quickly through the court system because they had a pre-nuptial agreement, no children and no significant legal disputes in the split.

Ariana and Dalton agreed to the terms of their settlement in October and the pair only had to wait the required six months before a judge’s order could take effect.

The “Thank You, Next” crooner will make a onetime payment of $1,250,000 to Dalton with no future alimony. Ariana will also give him half of the proceeds of the sale of their Los Angeles home, and will pay up to $25,000 toward Gomez’s attorneys’ fees.

Ariana and Dalton began dating in January 2020, and quarantined together during the pandemic.  The couple appeared together in the video for the Justin Bieber charity single Stuck With U in May of that year, and they announced their engagement in December.

On May 15, 2021, they got married in a private ceremony at Ariana’s home in Montecito, California. In July 2023, their split was announced, and Ariana Grande filed for divorce in October.
