FBI named three juveniles in Houston “The Little Rascals” after they were caught robbing a bank. Three boys, ages 11, 12, and 16, decided that being criminals would be a fun way to spend their Spring Break, per Fox 29.

The kids went inside a Wells Fargo bank and slid the teller a note asking for money. The three boys were able to get away on foot after receiving the unspecified amount of money.

Although the juveniles were believed to be armed, they didn’t show a weapon. FBI received calls from the parents of two of the boys who identified their sons after their picture was posted online.

However, police were able to recognize the third boy after a fight. According to the sheriff’s office, a weapon and a distinctive item pictured in one of the pictures were recovered.

Speaking to ABC 13, Mike Schneider, a retired juvenile district court judge, said; “I was thinking either this was very low in sophistication or maybe an adult had something to do with this. That is not uncommon. Because kids have a punishment that is less severe, it is not uncommon for adult offenders to get them to commit crimes.”

Well, “The Little Rascals” have been charged with robbery by threat, a second-degree felony.

“Raise y’all kids before the system does it!!” someone commented. “Damn, 11 years old, your life hasn’t started yet its over.. They don’t even got no bills,” another person wondered. “Robbing a bank on spring break is so wild … These new generation of kids are something else,” someone else added.
