Judge Rules Diddy’s Anonymous Sexual Assault Accuser Must Reveal Identity
A judge has ruled that an anonymous woman who Diddy Combs of sexually assaulting her when she was still a minor cannot conceal her identity.
The woman’s identity will only be made public if she decides to continue to pursue the lawsuit. If she drops the case, her identity will remain hidden from the public.
According to Billboard, Manhattan judge Jessica G. L. Clarke says that even though revealing her identity “could have a significant impact on her” due to the “graphic and disturbing allegations in this case,” the court “cannot rely on generalized, uncorroborated claims that disclosure would harm plaintiff to justify her anonymity.”
