“Like That” Confirms Future Fell Out With Drake, Allowed Kendrick Lamar Diss Him

It was first reported early last year that Future isn’t too happy about Drake and 21 Savage’s joint album “Her Loss.” N.O.R.E. Made the claims on the Drink Champs, spilling the tea about Hendrix’s supposed bitterness towards the “Her Loss” duo during the show’s “Rumor Report” segment.

N.O.R.E. says he’s been hearing rumors about Future being upset that Drake dropped a full-length project with 21 Savage as he feels it could overshadow their “What a Time to Be Alive” collaboration from 2015.

“I heard there’s a big rumor that Future is not too happy with this Drake and 21 Savage album, and it makes Drake and Future’s album not as important, I would say,” the host said. “This is allegedly, this is all rumors, I’ve never heard it from Future’s mouth, never heard it from Drake, never heard it from 21, but it’s an alleged big rumor that’s going on right now.”

Apparently, Future did fell out with Drake because no way would him allow Kendrick Lamar diss Drizzy if the two are still cool. For context, Kendrick Lamar dissed Drake and J. Cole on “Like That” off Future and Metro Boomin’s new album “We Don’t Trust You.”

This is also after Metro Boomin and Drake took shots at each other. It began when Metro appeared to diss Drake and 21 Savage’s “Her Loss” album. “Yet her loss still keeps winning rap album of the year over H&V. proof that award shows are just politics and not for me,” Metro said in a since-deleted tweet.

“Idc about awards honestly, the true award and REWARD is knowing that the music I spend so much time on brings joy to peoples everyday lives.”

Drake responded during a livestream and couple times on his Instagram story which prompted Metro to clap back.

It appears Future and Metro Boomin both fell out with Drake, although they try to play it cool, they featured Drizzy’s rival, K. Dot, on their new album where he took aim at the Toronto superstar and J. Cole being a collateral damage.

“Sneak dissin’, first person shooter, I hope they came with three switches. I crash out, like, ‘F**k rap,’ this Melly Mell if I had to/Got two Ts with me, I’m snatchin’ chains and burnin’ tattoos, it’s up/Lost too many soldiers not to play it safe/If he walk around with that stick, it ain’t Andre 3K,” Kendrick raps, responding to his reference on Drake and J. Cole’s “First Person Shooter.”

“Think I won’t drop the location? I still got PTSD/Muthaf**k the big three, n***a, it’s just big me/N***a, bum, what? I’m really like that,” the Compton native added.
