Marlon Wayans Speaks On Secret Baby Mama Brittany Moreland’s $22K A Month Child Support Suit

We previously reported that actor and comedian Marlon Wayans, has been sued by his ‘pandemic’ baby mama, Brittany Moreland. Brittany is a beautiful Los Angeles registered nurse and she linked up with Marlon during the pandemic. Just in, Wayans has now opened up about the custody battle over his one-year-old daughter, Axl July Ivory Wayans.

Wayans vented his frustration in a conversation he had with The Shade Room, branding his baby mama, Brittany Moreland, as “delusional” for seeking full custody of their child and saying that $18k in child support payments is not enough for her and their one-year-old-daughter.

Warlon first made it known that he was not hiding his daughter Axl from the public. “All love, all God. The baby isn’t a secret. The mama has been posted. But I chose to keep the baby’s private life private. Ain’t nobody’s business. Social media is toxic and dangerous, and I’d like to keep her peace,” he explained.

The actor was then asked if he had attempted to request a reduction in the $22k Moreland wants for child support per month. He replied in the negative, saying that even though he should, he was choosing to “remain in love and light.”

The “White Chicks” star then disclosed his displeasure with Brittany Moreland’s request for primary physical and legal custody of Axl while granting him visitation rights. “Do you pay all that money per month and be called a ‘visitor?’ Do the math,” Marlon shared. “This is delusional. I will let the lawyers and God do what they do. I’ll be creating art from a broken heart. I got nothing but love.”

Wayans then called his baby mama “entitled” for wanting more than the $18k that “a good, loving, responsible father” was paying per month for a one-year-old.

Brittany filed a petition claiming that her monthly expenses related to Axl amount to about $22,080. She itemized the monthly costs, citing $5k for rent, $9k for food, daycare, and miscellaneous expenses, and an extra $1,500 for her daughter’s clothing and program uniforms. She also asked for an additional $2k per month labeled as “child care” to facilitate her return to work. She also requested that Wayans cover her legal fees and the “reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth.”
