Love Is Blind: Clay’s Best Friend Claims AD Smith Has A Sugar Daddy Funding Her

Love Is Blind star Amber Desiree “AD” Smith was met with the shock of her life when her man Clay Gravesande, rejected her at the alter, claiming he needed time and that her finances were funny.

“AD, I love you. I don’t think it’s responsible for me to say, ‘I do.’ But I want you to know I’m rocking with you… I know fully I’m not ready for marriage,” Clay said.

Clay later appeared on The Tamron Hall Show, where he spoke about his last minute decision not to marry Desiree. According to Clay, he felt like he was going to commit to marriage in the days and right up until the moment it was time for him to say the two words that AD hoped to hear. But, he decided it wasn’t just the right time.

Fans are not happy with Clay and thought his excuses were lame, but according to a man who claims he is Clay’s best friend, AD has a sugar daddy.

The man, who goes by @headbanshawti on Instagram, was reportedly one of Clay’s groomsmen and he claims that AD is not a realtor as she told Clay, but that she has a sugar daddy who is funding her life.

“Im Clays best friend an we both been living out in Charlotte for years now. AD finances are in fact funny. She has a Suga Daddy that is funding her life. Bought her a car and apartment. She not a Realtor, ask her to show us one house she sold or a picture she took with someone in front of the house she just sold them l’ll wait,” the man claims.

“The never to do a press run to lie on a dude that has said nothing but kind respectful things about her is nasty work,” he added.

He also claims that the man confronted Clay on AD’s birthday, telling him that he is involved with her and warning him to back off. “November 2023 around her birthday her sugar daddy confronted Clay and I outside the club stating he was still involved with her and had been the entire time and told Clay to stop messing with her,” the man shared.

The alleged best friend also claimed AD has been involved with this mystery man for the entire time. His allegations have not been confirmed by Clay or AD…but the fans are talking.
