Drake Responds To J. Cole’s Apology For Dissing Kendrick Lamar On Leaked Diss Track
J. Cole was accused of switching up on Drake and he was tagged a betrayal by fans, after the North Carolina rapper apologized to Kendrick Lamar for dissing him on “7 Minute Drill” which has now been removed from all streaming services.
Kendrick Lamar had earlier dissed Cole and Drake on “Like That” off Future and Metro Boomin’s first installment “We Don’t Trust You.”
Fans thought Drake and Cole would team up against the Opps, but Cole quickly backtracked, and he was surprisingly featured on Future and Metro Boomin’s follow up album. As we previously reported, Drake’s diss track against Future, Metro Boomin, Rick Ross and more has leaked online, and it’s currently causing a debate among Hip Hop fanatics.

On the leaked diss track, Drake responds to J. Cole apologizing for dissing Kendrick Lamar, seemingly not mad at his friend. “And that f*cking song y’all got is not starting beef with us/This sh*t been brewing in a pot, now I’m heating up/I don’t care what Cole think, that Dot sh*t was weak as f*ck,” Drake raps.

“It’s me twice in my Big Three, I had to leave you out” the Toronto superstar continues, removing Cole from his big 3. In another line, Drake raps, “What the f*ck is this, a 20 v. 1 n*gga?”
Somewhere else on the track, Drake dissed The Weeknd after the singer took shots at him on “All To Myself” off Future and Metro Boomin’s new album “We Still Don’t Trust You.”
Cole was featured on “Red Leather” off Future and Metro Boomin’s follow up album where he explained more on why he’s not down for any rap beef.
“My energy was never on some toughest n***a sh*t / I was just a conscious rapper who would f*ck a n***a b*tch…blicks get to blasting / I turn into a track star,” Cole raps on his verse.
