Christian Wood Granted A Permanent Restraining Order Against Yasmine Lopez & Sole Custody Of Their 10-Month-Old Son

Christian Wood Granted A Permanent Restraining Order Against Yasmine Lopez & Sole Custody Of Their 10-Month-Old Son After She Didn’t Appear In Court

There’s been a new development in the Christian Wood and Yasmine Lopez drama.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Woods appeared in court earlier this week and won his case against his now ex.

At a prior appearance, Woods recounted Lopez jumping his fence and vandalizing his car which we exclusively reported on. He also mentions his run in with a friend of Yasmine’s, presumably Tee from ‘Baddies’, while trying to pick up their child.

Woods initially asked for primary physical custody but agreed to joint legal custody. During that time he was also granted a stay-away order that said Lopez was to stay 100 yards away from him until the next hearing.

Well, in a shocking turn of events, Lopez didn’t show up to the hearing. Since she didn’t show up or file any type of petition against his request, Woods was granted a permanent restraining order that last until 2027 and sole custody of their son, Kobe.

The court order read, “The responding party was given notice and an opportunity to be heard, as provided by the laws of the State of California. There are no calls, check-ins, or appearances by or on behalf of the Respondent.”

“Dumbest shit you can do is not show up. Especially for your kid,” someone commented. “She had the baby for a check. Keep it 100. She prolly don’t wanna be a mom,” another person wrote.

“She didn’t show up yesterday but went to a NBA game last night with her friends? She deleted her story now,” someone else claimed. “Makes me look at her totally different all that energy u got to climb his fence and vandalize his car you could have that same energy going to court for custody of your son ! Jus a sad excuse of a FUkkkkkkkkN parent! You bad on the internet tho,” another user added.
