Meek Mill Granted New Court Hearing With Another Judge
Meek Mill Finally Having A New Court Hearing And Not With Judge Genece Brinkley
Meek Mill has been granted a fresh new hearing in the Superior Court with an end goal to topple his 2008 conviction.
Meek’s lawyers will presently have the chance to have the rapper’s unique conviction toppled without the inclusion of Judge Genece Brinkley.

Arguments are scheduled for July 16 in Philadelphia.
The news comes after the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office had prescribed that Brinkley be expelled from Meek’s case in the wake of accusing her of an enemy of Meek.

Brinkley sentenced Meek in 2017 to two to four years in prison for minor probation violations. A court requested him released in April of last year.
