But before any other diet or health rules she lives by, Jennifer Lopez‘s number one rule has always been to keep well hydrated.

And as far as diet, Jennifer Lopez does not drink alcohol or any caffeinated drink. She also does not eat any sugar, or foods containing sugar. The Latina bombshell only eats 3 small meals a day.
And J Lo exercises 5 days a week, for a minimum of 1 hour each day.
