Nate Robinson Addresses Embarrassing Jake Paul Knockout
Nate Robinson Speaks Out After Getting Knocked Out By Jake Paul
Former NBA guard Nate Robinson, was brutally knocked out by YouTuber Jake Paul during the undercard of the Mike Tyson Vs. Roy Jones Jr. fight on Saturday night.
Jake was in control throughout the bout, knocking Robinson to the ground in the first round and then again in the second with a right uppercut that ended the match.
“Tonight I’m fighting for my brothers in the NBA, athletes across the world, and most importantly my children,” Nate tweeted before the match. But unfortunately, he was helped out of the ring after the fight.
Nate Robinson was also spotted with a black eye, looking dazed and confused while leaving the Marriott hotel after his brutal knock-out.
He’s now taken to Instagram to address the fight and he seems Robinson doesn’t plan on stepping back into the ring which is probably for the best.
“Thank you everyone for all of the well wishes, I’m OK. I appreciate @triller for the opportunity as well as everyone that has backed me during the fight,” Robinson said.
“To my coaches, trainers, fans, and teammates, I appreciate all of the time and support you guys put in with me…it wasn’t the outcome that we wanted, but I’m thankful for the opportunity to fight on the biggest stage that there has been.”
