North Carolina Man Gets Shot While Doing The Milk Crate Challenge On IG Live

A Charlotte, North Carolina man was shot while doing the crate challenge on Instagram Live.

Luckily, the man was only grazed and is expected to make a full recovery from the shooting.

The incident happened yesterday, as the man participated in the “milk crate challenge.” To do the challenge, a person must walk up and across on a series of stacked milk crates. The challenge started on TikTok and now very popular across social media.

The man – whose name is being withheld – started the challenge and within a few seconds you hear gunshots. The man quickly aborts the challenge and runs for cover.

2021 is on pace to be America’s deadliest year of gun violence in the last two decades. According to the Gun Violence Archive, there have been 296 mass shootings in the United States this year.

A mass shooting is defined as a shooting that results in the killing of 4 or more people. America had been going through one of its safest periods in decades.
