Florida Couple Accused Of Bonding Women Out Of Jail & Forcing Them Into Prostitution
A Florida couple is behind bars after investigators suspect them of human trafficking multiple women throughout the state. The couple would allegedly bail the women out of jail and force them into prostitution in return.
According to WFTV, Joselito Martinez and Tanya Wurster are charged in connection with the human trafficking of three women between 2019 and 2021.
Martinez and Wurster would go to the local county jail, bail the women out, then force them to be apart of their prostitution ring. Martinez reportedly used “narcotics, threats of violence, and humiliating acts such as shaving the victim’s head to control the victim.”

The women also had “branded” tattoos to show that they were the property of Martinez.
Over the course of 3 years, the couple racked up over $300k from the prostitution ring. One of the most bizarre details of the whole story is that the couple actually have a child together and the child was reportedly in the same house where all of these sexual acts took place.
Investigators believe there are still victims out there aside from the 3 women who have already come forward, since the couple was constantly searching for new victims.
The couple is currently currently in the slammer on a $45,000 bond.
