Kodak Black Hit With 2 Additional Gun Charges

Kodak Black has earlier been sentenced to 46 months in jail after pleading guilty to gun charges. The rapper was arrested on his way to Rolling Loud festival for falsifying information on gun application.

Kodak took responsibility responsibility for his crimes saying, “I’m sorry for the actions that led me for where I’m standing,” said the artist, “I do take full responsibility for my mishap.”

It appears his gun charges aren’t over yet. The Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office filed two more counts against the rapper for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon as reported by Miami Herald.

Each count carries a 30-year sentence as the rapper is considered a “habitual violent offender.”

It’s unclear whether these sentences would run concurrently. This arrives just days after the judge sentenced him to less than four years in prison.
