Rihanna Condemns Attack On #EndSars Protesters
Rihanna Shows Support For #EndSars Protesters Following Military Attack
The unexpected happened during the #EndSars protests in Nigeria, specifically at Lekki Toll Gate, Lagos. Military men reportedly attacked the protesters, shooting shooting sporadically at unarmed citizens.
Nigerians took to the streets to protest against Police brutality, their rogue activities, unjustifiable murders, and corruption.
Couple of American celebrities including Lil Baby, Trey Songz, Big Sean and more have lent their voices in support of the Nigerian youths. Recently, Tiwa Savage called out Beyonce, urging her to react to the issue.
There are still #unarmed peaceful protesters at the Lekki tollgate rn & the soldiers are still shooting. Check the time on the video. We will not leave anyone behind. Lekki tollgate is now a memorial ground. #ENDSARS #LekkiMassacre pic.twitter.com/GLhHAzb2U4

Just in time, Rihanna has publicly shown her support for the protesters. She took to Instagram to condemn the attack on Nigerian youths.
“I can’t bare to see this torture and brutalization that is continuing to affect nations across our planet!” Riri wrote on her Instagram Story under a Nigerian flag emoji.
“It’s such a betrayal to the citizens, the very people put in place to protect are the ones we are most afraid of being murdered by! My heart is broken for Nigeria man!! It is unbearable to watch! I’m so proud of your strength and not letting up on the fight for what’s right! #ENDSARS.”
