Buffalo Shooting: Mother Found Out About Her Daughter’s Death On Facebook
The mother of one of the Buffalo shooting victims found out about her daughter’s death on Facebook after witnessing the graphic footage. The unidentified woman said she said sent her 30-year-old daughter on an errand to Tops Friendly Market to pick up groceries early Saturday afternoon but the young woman didn’t return home.
While scrolling through Facebook, the mother discovered the disturbing footage of Peyton Gendron opening fire on her daughter as she walked out of the store.
However, it is unclear if the mother saw the actual live-stream footage or a video clip of the shooting as reported by the New York Post. Ten victims were killed during the shooting and three survivors were transported to a nearby hospital where they were listed in stable condition.

Other reports said Gendron is currently on suicide watch. As previously reported, Gendron,18, wrote a 108-page manifesto and drove several miles from his home in Conklin, New York to carry out the shooting.
In the manifesto, he agreed with the multiple racially-motivated killings and took note of the deadly mosque shooting in New Zealand in March 2019. He also planned the shooting in January.
Gendron chose Buffalo because it had the highest population of Black people and it was only a three-hour drive from his home. His manifesto also broke down his daily schedule of how he would carry out the shooting.
