Michael Jackson To Be Tried For Alleged Molestation Despite His Passing

The late Michael Jackson will be tried for allegedly molesting choreographer Wade Robson when he was a child.

According to TMZ, “The California Court of Appeal just cleared the way for Robson to make his case — alleging MJ molested him at the Neverland Ranch when Robson was between the ages of 7 and 14.”

Per the report, “Robson is suing Michael Jackson’s corporation — MJJ Productions, Inc.” Lawyers for the company say they had no legal duty to protect Robson or anyone else from MJ because it had no ability to control him.

It’s important to note, In 2005 when Jackson was accused of molesting another child, Robson testified that he slept in MJ’s bed with the singer but nothing happened. He says he testified falsely due to “brainwashing.”

Jackson is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, with estimated sales of over 400 million records worldwide. He had 13 Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles (third highest of any artist in the Hot 100 era) and was the first artist to have a top-ten single in the Billboard Hot 100 in five different decades.

His honors include 15 Grammy Awards, six Brit Awards, a Golden Globe Award, and 39 Guinness World Records, including the “Most Successful Entertainer of All Time”.

Jackson’s inductions include the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (twice), the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Dance Hall of Fame (the only recording artist to be inducted), and the Rhythm and Blues Music Hall of Fame.
