Florida Black Man Charged With Murder After Shooting Two Alleged Racists In Self Defense

A Tennessee man is being charged w m*rder, after he shot two men who came towards him looking for a fight, and who appeared to use racial epithets towards him.

Police in Walton County Florida have charged Sipho Bennett from Tennessee with m*rder, aggravated battery with a firearm, and shooting into an occupied conveyance.

He’s currently being held without bond at the Walton County Jail, and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 22. According to police, Bennett was identified through eyewitness statements and matched descriptions. A firearm was allegedly found on his person.

Authorities are currently trying to determine if it was the same one used in the sh**ting. But video of the alleged incident has been released online, and it appears to show Sipho defending himself. Remember, the incident occurred in the State of Floria – which is a stand your ground State.

In the video – two White men are seen accosting Sipho. After a brief argument, the two White men leave the scene, only to return – and get out of the car in an apparent attack on the Black man.

One of the White men can be heard using a word that sound like the “n word.” But the two alleged racists didn’t expect what came next. Sipho can be seen retrieving a firearm – as is allowable under Florida law – and sh**ts at the men.

Reports say that a firearm was also found inside the White men’s vehicle – in the console area.
