Sexual Predator Arrested One Day After 9 Year Long Sentence From Prison For Removing Ankle Monitor

A Florida man who was recently released from a 9-year-long sentence is back behind bars. The man was originally convicted for lewd and lascivious battery of a victim who was only 12 years old.

Albert Gardner, 29, had an ankle monitor attached to him the day he was arrested.

After his probation officer tracked Gardner and noticed how long he’d been in a convenience store, authorities went searching for him.

This is where it gets even more crazy y’all. Not only did Gardner throw his monitor in a trash can, but he was revived after police found him overdosed on what his sister described as a narcotic.

After being cleared from the hospital, Gardner was booked without bond and charged with tampering with an electronic monitoring device and violating his probation.
