Halle Berry Ordered To Pay Ex Husband $8K Monthly Child Support
Halle Berry Finalizes Divorce From Ex Husband Olivier Martinez
Halle Berry has finally finalized her divorce from her ex hubby Olivier Martinez and it looks like she’ll be the one paying child support for their son.
According to TMZ, they had a prenup during their two years of marriage but the divorce wasn’t finalized due to disputes over child support regarding their 9-year-old Maceo.
Halle and Olivier agreed to joint legal and physical custody of Maceo. They will also attend family counseling but Halle’s new man, Van Hunt, is not allowed to participate.

Halle will have custody of Maceo Monday to Wednesday and is legally required to pay $8,000 a month to Olivier in child support. She must also pay Maceo’s private school tuition and 100 percent of his extracurricular activities, including soccer.
Halle Berry began her career as a model and entered several beauty contests, finishing as the first runner-up in the Miss USA pageant and coming in sixth in the Miss World 1986.
Her breakthrough film role was in the romantic comedy Boomerang (1992), alongside Eddie Murphy, which led to roles in The Flintstones (1994) and Bulworth (1998) as well as the television film Introducing Dorothy Dandridge (1999), for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.
Berry established herself as one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood during the 2000s. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance of a struggling widow in the romantic drama Monster’s Ball (2001), becoming the first African American woman and (for 21 years, the only) woman of color to have won the award.
