Lizzo Reportedly Plans To Countersue Accusers For Lying About Being Uncomfortable

There’s an update to the lawsuit filed against Lizzo and this time the heat is on the accusers.

If you remember, we previously reported on a lawsuit filed against Lizzo by three of her former backup dancers, Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez. Lizzo was accused of alleged fat-shaming, having a hostile work environment, and sexual harassment.

We also reported on follow-up receipts that surfaced from the past of Lizzo discussing a banana incident linked to her accusers’ allegations and another of one of her accusers seemingly praising her despite the claims.

Well, according to documents obtained by TMZ, Lizzo reportedly plans on suing her accusers as she has evidence showing a picture of her back-up dancers having a great time backstage following some nude entertainment in Paris—about a month after the infamous banana incident in Amsterdam. Lizzo’s attorney, Marty Singer, described the accusers’ facial expressions in the picture as “happily carousing” and “gleefully reveling”.

Singer pointed out the fact that the accusers said they were forced to go to the Paris show but their claims contradict the photo of them “happily cavorting backstage” with the topless dancers. Singer also added that the accusers chose to re-up with Lizzo a few weeks after the Paris show and return for the third leg of her tour.

Attorney Rahmani fired back with regard to the smiling picture. “Of course, they wanted to keep their jobs. They had bills to pay just like everyone else, but they finally had enough of the abuse,” she said. “We stand by every claim in the lawsuit and look forward to trial.” Now, although Lizzo has this evidence, Rahmani mentioned the fact that many have called out Lizzo for using intimate footage of her dancers without their approval such as that photo she brought to the table.

Singer claims Lizzo has more “substantial evidence” in addition to the photos to “prove the glaring contradictions between what the plaintiffs claim in their bogus lawsuit and what is actually proven by the facts.”
