As previously reported, Bryson was arrested last month and charged with felony possession of fentanyl and a misdemeanor for loitering/prowling.

When he was arrested he ended up giving the police his younger brothers name, Brent Leake’s, during questioning. He ended up catching another charge for lying about his identity to an officer.

When police ran his name they noticed he was wanted for violating his probation for a separate case.

NeNe Leakes previously addressed her son’s during an appearance on Carl King’s podcast. “He needs rehabilitation,” she said in the episode which drops today. “He needs a lot of counseling.”
