NY Man Sues Taco Bell After His Mexican Pizza Wasn’t Bursting With Beef Like Their Advertisement
Taco Bell is at the center of a million dollar class action lawsuit for false advertisement.
According to a report by The Washington Post, Frank Siragusa of New York, says his Mexican Pizza and Crunch Wrap were not “bursting with beef” like the picture that was advertised.
Per the report, Siragusa accuses “Taco Bell of unfair and materially misleading advertising and is seeking upward of $5 million from the chain for alleged violations of law banning unfair and deceptive trade practices.”

“The Mexican Pizza that Plaintiff purchased contained approximately half the beef and bean filling that he expected,” the lawsuit says.
In the pictures, Siragusa’s Mexican pizza looked dry, empty, pale, and unappetizing.
He says he and other customers wouldn’t have purchased the items had they known they’d be so puny. One of his lawyers represented someone who had a similar case against Burger King for advertising larger burgers than what they received.
“The way this economy looking let me sue this lotto folks for not letting me win,” someone commented. “Suing is becoming more of a popular hustle,” another person wrote.
