Carter had warrants out for his arrest in Georgia where he was wanted on a probation violation. Authorities reportedly speculated about Carters’ identity when they noticed “discrepancies in his physical appearance from his background check.”

Through further investigation they then discovered Carters’ real identity, with his nationwide warrant being the first issue.

Now this is where get back did it’s thing, the officers reportedly met Carter the following day at a high-school track to perform his fitness test.

They let him perform the test and took him into custody right after he completed it. As of right now, Carter is awaiting transportation back to Georgia.

The news has since gone viral on social media, garnering lots of reactions from folks online. “Letting him complete the fitness test is petty,” someone commented. “He wanted to see how good they were at their jobs,” another person wrote.
