Another Accuser Sues Bill Cosby For Sexual Abuse In The 70s

Comedian Bill Cosby is under fire once again as a new sexual assault allegation comes his way.

According to HipHopWired, Donna Motsinger alleges Cosby drugged and raped her back in 1972. She was a server at the Trident restaurant in California, a popular hotspot for celebrities at the time.

Motsinger said that Cosby was smitten, repeatedly coming by the restaurant to see her. He invited the woman to watch him perform at the nearby Circle Star Theater, to which she agreed.

As they rode to the venue, she was offered a glass of wine and fell sick shortly after arriving at Cosby’s dressing room. Motsinger said the actor gave her an aspirin that proceeded to make matters worse.

She then claims to have gone in and out of consciousness until finally awaking in her home in only her underwear. In a fit of recollection, the elderly woman said Cosby’s handlers placed her back in the limo with the actor.

Motsinger says she then knew that Cosby raped her, as she recalled a moment in the limousine where he continuously groped her. The 86-year-old is suing for mental, physical, and emotional distress.

She previously came forward in 2014 with accusations and has decided to proceed with a lawsuit.
