Jussie Smollett Enters Rehab Facility After Having Extremely Difficult Past Few Years

Jussie Smollett has reportedly checked himself into a rehab facility, according to TMZ.

A representative for the actor says the last few years have been very tough for him. “Jussie has had an extremely difficult past few years.

He has quietly been working very hard for some time now and we are proud of him for taking these necessary steps,” the rep said in a statement.

If you can recall, Jussie broke the internet when he was found guilty of lying to police about an attack back in 2019 where he claimed two masked Trump supporters attacked him and put a noose around his neck.

He was sentenced to 150 days in jail but was released early.

Although he’s tried his best to merge back into his celeb world, critics have been very vocal about not wanting to see him on any platform following the scandal.
