Police Looking For A 6-Year-Old Boy At The Center Of A Pizza Gift Card Scam

The scammers are getting younger! Get into this wild story. A 6-year old boy out of Illinois allegedly was delivering fake gift cards to customers up to 20 miles away from home.

According to Kiro 7 news, the Troy Police Department stated the following; “the boy was selling buy one get one free gift cards for Dominoes Pizza”.

The little boy would say they were benefiting a youth baseball team. The boy would be dressed in character and all, last seen wearing a dirty pink baseball uniform. The police believe he was with an adult.

The gift cards came with a 16 peel off on one side of the card and the other “buy one, get one free”.

One of the victims Tom Eilers who owns a trucking company was sad that a little boy was being used to scam people.

He wasn’t concerned about losing money, but his main concern was that the little boy was being used to scam. Dominos stated that multiple victims attempted to use there cards in various locations.

Eilers stated the following; “(The boy’s) been trained professionally how to answer questions to con you out of your money,” Eilers told the television station. “It’s awful. It’s a shame.”
