Friendly Walmart Employee Has Mental Breakdown & Destroys Stores After Being Fired Weeks Before Christmas

A Walmart termination is going viral after a Huntsville/Charlotte location fired an employee shortly before the Christmas holiday.

In the shocking video that received over 50K comments, the employee can be seen throwing merchandise off the shelves and saying they won’t stop until the police arrive.

A social user, skyej.withtheslay, captured the episode on film and gave an explanation as to what caused the meltdown

Skye says the Walmart employee is named Carmen and that other people in the store described her as “friendly and welcoming.

Carmen was the store greeter and had built relationships with some of the store’s frequent shoppers. It is believed that she destroyed the store out of anger from being let go right before the Christmas holiday.

Other social users commented in her defense saying that Walmart terminates many employees around the holidays and lacks compassion when delivering the news. It is unclear why Carmen was let go.

Luckily for the former employee, the patrons recognized that she was having a mental break and called a crisis team instead of the police. She was escorted out and allowed to go home.
