Conjoined Twin Abby Hensel Married Her Boyfriend, She And Her Sister Share All Organs Below The Waist

Folks online are torn on whether to congratulate Abby Hensel on her marriage to Josh Bowlin, because Abby is a conjoined twin.

Abby and Brittany Hensel we’re first introduced on “Oprah” or their TLC reality series. According to records recently discovered by TODAY, Abby married army veteran Josh back in 2021.

Though exciting, many are wondering how does that affect Brittany? Abby and Brittany are dicephalus conjoined twins, meaning they share all organs below the waist.

Some suspected that maybe Josh is in a relationship with them both, but wedding video showed he only kissed Abby. The twins currently work as teachers and have stated in the past that they do hope to have children one day.

“A lot of y’all sharing and not even conjoined,” someone commented. “We just lucky we not in that situation, they each deserve love too and it’s none of our business,” another person wrote. “I’d feel so defeated being the head he didn’t pick,” someone else penned.
