Hot Boys Rapper BG Arrested For Probation Violations After Performing With Boosie
Hot Boys Rapper BG Could Be Heading Back To Prison After He Was Charged With Violating The Terms Of His Supervision By Working With Boosie & Gucci Mane
Hot Boys rapper BG, real name Christopher Dorsey, is in some serious trouble after violating the conditions of his probation after performing with rapper Boosie at a Las Vegas concert this past February. A judge signed off on the charges this week.
According to Rolling Stone, his ‘probation officer deemed the performance a violation for two reasons: First, the rapper did not “obtain prior written approval before entering self-employment” before the concert.
Secondly, because Boosie himself was imprisoned on felony charges, the two rappers appearing together was a violation of a federal supervised release statute that prevents parolees from “associating unnecessarily with” convicted felons.’

The probation officer also took issue with him recoding an album with Gucci Mane, which was released in December 2023. Gucci was convicted on federal charges over a decade ago.
A warrant for Dorsey’s arrest was filed on March 21, and he turned himself in on Wednesday. He has since been released but has to appear down in New Orleans at a federal court, where he was initially charged and convicted.
At that time the judge will decide if the violations warrant him being sent back to prison.
‘In September 2023, Dorsey was released after serving 12 years of a 14-year sentence after pleading guilty of federal weapons charges; he was arrested in 2009.
