Woman Arrested For Trying To Smuggle Drugs Into The Cook County Jail, Placed Drug Soaked Paper Laced With PCP In A Baby’s Diaper And Handed The Baby To The Inmate
A 22-year-old woman found herself behind bars for allegedly putting drug-soaked paper in a baby’s diaper, and then gave that diaper to an inmate at the Cook County jail.
Reality McDowell was arrested on March 28th and hit with several charges from bringing a controlled substance into a penal institution, a Class 1 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony.
Police claim they say Reality on Jan. 8 on security footage showed her giving the infant to the inmate, who ended up removing a piece of paper from the child’s diaper.

Officers quickly confiscated the paper and determined it was coated Phencyclidine, or PCP. She’s due back in court next month.
“Using a baby and involving the baby with drugs is just SINISTER,” someone commented. “The fact you would put yo baby through that for an inmate is absolutely insane,” another person wrote.
“Using a baby for this is nasty work.. put her under the jail!!! If that’s her baby aswell take away her parental rights she ain’t got no business having that kid,” someone else penned. “Y’all be too loyal to these men like putting ya baby life in danger! Now that baby finna get took and yo ass locked up,” another user added.
