15-Year-Old McDonald’s Worker Left With Fractured Skull After 25-Year-Old Man Stomped On Her Head During Brawl

On April 7th, in St. Louis man with a continuous criminal history came and assaulted 15-year-old, Aryiah Lynch, leaving her with a broken nose and a fractured skull.

According to the NY Post, 25-year-old, Johnny Ricks was arrested for assault after reportedly grabbing the teen’s hair and yanking her across the parking lot of a restaurant just outside St. Louis before smashing her head into the concrete and striking her in the face, according to St. Louis County Police.

The horrifying attack was filmed and posted on Facebook by the teen’s mother. The argument started when Ricks arrived at the restaurant’s drive-thru window with a group of unidentifiable people and began behaving obnoxiously.

The group then stormed inside the McDonald’s and started menacing the workers, throwing items around the restaurant, and spitting on “at least four” employees, the teen told.

The battle then overflowed into the parking lot, with camera footage showing at least a dozen men and women grabbing and swinging fists. Ricks is seen in the video slinging and tugging on the teen before raising his foot to nearly waist height and bringing it down on the helpless girl’s skull.

She was treated and released from the hospital after undergoing surgery, and her GoFundMe page says she hopes to return to work soon. Ricks on the other hand is being held on a $150,000 cash-only, no 10%, bond.
“This assault has been life-changing” according to the victim’s mother.

Prayers go out to the victim and her family.

“Charge him for attempted murder too,” someone commented. “Thank God she survived. That’s flat out attempted murder and he’s a SORRY excuse for a man for doing that to a whole child smh,” another person wrote.

“See how they charged the black girl who was also a minor with attempted murder but charge this grown ass man with assault??? they not lying when they say black women are the least protected,” someone else shared. “Oh her family needs to find a way to get to him… aint no way,” another user added.
