Upstate NY Prosecutor, Sandra Doorley, Refused To Stop For Police After She Was Caught Speeding

An Upstate New York Prosecutor, Sandra Doorley, Refused To Stop For Police After She Was Caught Speeding

An upstate New York prosecutor, Sandra Doorley, is currently going viral after refusing to stop for police. Apparently, Sandra was caught speeding and when signaled to stop, she refused.

She tried arguing that she shouldn’t be pulled over because she was driving a “black SUV.” “I didn’t wanted to pull over.. I’m so sorry.. end of story,” she told the officer.

When asked why she didn’t stop, Sandra said because she didn’t feel like. “Now you made it a bigger deal than it needed to be..” the officer said. “You caused this Sandra, what do you want us to do.. not do our job because it’s you?” the officer asked.

“No, it’s fine.. just write me a ticket..” she replied, insisting she was never going to stop on that road. “Okay, well you broke another law because of that.. right .. you should know better. That’s an arrestable offense Sandra,” the officer said.

“why didn’t you just pull over, you made it a bigger deal than it needed to be.. and you knew why you were getting stopped clearly. You could have stopped and they just have a conversation with you.. but now you made it a big deal,” he added.

The video is now making rounds online, garnering reactions from folks online. “In other words she’s saying that she’s above the law,” someone commented.

“Yal gotta start the video from when she first got out the car wylin on the first cop. Refused to give id..kept walking away from him and into the house. Told him “I am theee DA” then called someone and shoved the phone at the cop as if to dismiss him. Then others showed up and put her in her place. The beginning of the video is crucial to understanding how wrong and entitled she was,” another person claimed.

“But if it was a black man/woman, the officer’s gun would’ve already been immediately drawn and pointed at them,” someone else penned. “Next time i get pulled over im going to tell the police “end of story” let me see how this shakes out,” another user added.
