Fresh & Fit Lawyer Threatens Fresh’s Baby Mama Asian 304 With Felony Charge & Civil Lawsuit

Walter Weekes aka ‘Fresh’ from controversial ‘Fresh & Fit’ podcast, made controversial headlines earlier this week after we reported on his leaked phone call, asking his girlfriend for an abortion. She recorded the conversation and leaked it alongside their DMs.

The misogyny podcast co-host faced a lot of backlash after the leaked recording went viral. Notwithstanding, he has some fans defending him.

“I want the baby cause I don’t wanna kill the baby.. I don’t wanna kill nobody. I don’t want to,” his girlfriend said in the leaked phone call. “You’re not, they just give you a pill and it’s over,” he responded. “No, no.. I’m pregnant,” she argued. “No, but that’s what I’m saying. The pill, they just give it to you from the doctor and you’re good,” Fresh explained.

Just in, Fresh and Fit podcast lawyer is now threatening Fresh’s baby mama Diasy Chen popularly known as Asian 304, with felony charge and civil lawsuit. Their lawyer says that the Asian 304 broke the law of two party consent states when she recorded the phone call.

“No. That breaks an nda, or it’s a lawsuit at best. She can have the kid take him to court for being a deadbeat and he got no choice. She holds all the leverage,” someone commented.

“Couldn’t imagine being in my 30’s referring to women as 304’s and threatening b*tches I knocked up with lawyers how they fans don’t see this as dweeb loser shit is beyond me,” another person wrote.

“Fresh think being a simp is dating a single mom but he’s about to become a baby dad,” someone else penned. “I dont know if they are trying to scare her into having an abortion. But this really doesn’t mean shit in the long term. He will pay,” another user added.
