J. Cole Featured On Future & Metro Boomin’s New Album, Fans Say He Switched On Drake
J. Cole Accused Of Betraying Drake After Being Featured On Future & Metro Boomin’s New Album

J. Cole went from being on Drake’s team to linking up with the Opps for a feature on Future and Metro Boomin’s new album “We Still Don’t Trust You,” in space of few weeks, and fans don’t know how exactly to react.

It all started when Kendrick Lamar dissed Drake and J. Cole on a track off Future and Metro Boomin’s first album “We Don’t Trust You.”

Drake seemingly responded by bringing out J. Cole during his tour and gave him his flowers, with some subliminal jabs at his Opps. Not long after, Cole dropped a response diss to Kendrick Lamar on “7 Minute Drill” off his surprise project “Might Delete Later.” But he backtracked and apologized.

“I pray my nigga didn’t feel no way but if he did I got my chin out take ya best shot I’ma take it on the chin, I ain’t gonna lie to yall past 2 days been terrible it let me know how I’ve been sleeping for the past 10 years,” the North Carolina rapper said at Dreamville Fest, adding that his team will be taking the diss off streaming services.

Surprisingly, Cole was featured on new song “Red Leather” off Future and Metro Boomin’s follow up album “We Still Don’t Trust You”, and many fans are interpreting his bars as a diss toward Drake.

“My energy was never on some toughest n***a sh*t / I was just a conscious rapper who would f*ck a n***a b*tch…blicks get to blasting / I turn into a track star,” Cole raps on his verse.

Although, there isn’t no direct jabs at Drake, fans are convinced he betrayed Drake by mere appearing on the album.
