Missing 14-Year-Old Twins Tell Police To “Mind Their Business” After They Are Found In Hotel With 30-Year-Old Man
Two missing teens in Detroit were located at a hotel with a 30-year-old man after the suspect used a stolen credit card to book their room!
According to Fox2 News, the 14-year-old twins had ran away a month ago. The twins’ father was desperately looking for them considering the fact this wasn’t their first time running away.
Police were able to locate the teens after they got a call about a hotel charge on a missing credit card. This led police to the Comfort Inn off I-95 in Allen Park, where the sisters were found with Highland Park resident Marcus Peoples.

Per the report, The stolen card belonged to a Nebraska teenager named Abigale, who got an alert text from her bank. Peoples claims the card number was given to him by his brother and that he didn’t steal it.
The twins were not happy to be found. They were caught on bodycam telling the responding officers “don’t worry about it. That’s none of your business,” when asked why they ran away.
They claimed to not know Peoples and said he only got them the hotel room. Peoples was charged with fraud, using a stolen credit card, and harboring missing juveniles. His bond was set at $150,000.
The Twins asked police if they could go to foster care if they didn’t want to go home to their father. It’s unclear if they were taken out of his custody.
